Jennifer L. Grace focuses her practice on employment law, labor matters, government investigations, and directors and officers litigation. She brings extensive experience advising senior leadership and board members on high-stakes employment matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate ethics programs.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jennifer held senior legal leadership roles for a major federal agency, where she led employment law, ethics, and compliance functions. Her experience also includes serving as Alternate Designated Agency Ethics Official and Deputy Agency Ethics Official, overseeing financial disclosure and conflict-of-interest matters, directing enterprise compliance initiatives, managing employment litigation across federal courts and administrative agencies, and supporting board governance functions as Assistant Corporate Secretary and committee secretary.
