Jennifer Lallite is Partner in the Los Angeles office of GRSM. Jennifer has substantial experience defending employers in individual and multi-party lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also has experience defending employers in wage and hour and PAGA actions. Jennifer handles cases in state and federal court, as well as arbitration disputes and matters before administrative agencies.

Jennifer also has extensive experience successfully defending medical malpractice cases, professional liability claims, as well as general liability cases, and she continues that work in her current practice. 

Jennifer is admitted to practice in California, New York and New Jersey. She is also a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in California and New York.  She earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Howard University, where she graduated cum laude in Accounting.

Jennifer is a member of the Langston Bar Association and the Black Women Lawyers Association.
