- Substantiated and advised on marketing, efficacy, and safety claims for hundreds of products, including OTC formulations, dietary supplements, and medical devices, across five global brands, contributing to edgy direct-to-consumer communications and labeling compliant with the laws and regulations of the FDA and FTC.
- Provided comprehensive trademark and advertising strategies for various consumer product brands to align small and growing business with goals for investment, sales, growth, and exit.
- Partnered with counsel on NAD proceedings and litigation regarding advertising and promotion in tandem with robust review of scientific materials and marketing content.
- Defended hundreds of depositions, successfully briefed motions for dismissal and summary judgment, and worked closely with various experts in science, medicine, engineering, and economics to support and defend against claims in complex litigation matters involving drugs and medical devices.
