Jennifer Pemberton’s practice is primarily centered in litigation, encompassing areas such as insurance defense and professional liability. At UC Davis School of Law, Jennifer served on the Moot Court Honors Board, was Vice President of the Negotiations Team, and received the first-place CEB Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Jennifer has carried these strengths into her legal career, offering diligent and judicious counsel to her clients.
