Jennifer Mejias focuses her practice on product liability and civil defense litigation, representing manufacturers, distributors, businesses, public entities, and individuals in matters involving product defects, personal injury claims, premises liability, and other high-exposure disputes. She assists clients through all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jennifer worked with plaintiff-side personal injury practices, where she assisted with client intake, claim evaluation, and case development. This experience provided her with valuable insight into how claims are assessed, investigated, and valued from the outset of a dispute. Drawing on this perspective, Jennifer helps clients identify key issues early in litigation and develop practical strategies to resolve disputes and minimize risk.
