Jennifer Y. Ro

Prior to joining GRSM, Jennifer represented technology and entertainment clients, specializing her practice in intellectual property. Jennifer has handled matters as varied as copyright infringement and idea theft; statutory and common law trademark infringement; defamation and right of privacy; breach of contract and statutory and common law business torts; antitrust; unfair competition; labor and employment; profit participation and accounting claims; and First Amendment and civil rights claims.

As part of the Special Complex Litigation Unit of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Jennifer prosecuted civil enforcement actions against corporations engaged in fraud and other unlawful conduct against California consumers. As a special prosecutor, Jennifer also first-chaired multiple misdemeanor criminal trials to verdict and argued evidentiary hearings on behalf of the people.

Jennifer was a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder, the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson, the Honorable S. James Otero, and the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi for the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
