Jeremiah Sowell focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, including environmental and toxic tort disputes, product liability actions, and commercial litigation. He is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions, as well as participating in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. He is committed to providing practical, detail-oriented advocacy aimed at effectively advancing client interests throughout the litigation process.
