Jessica A. Putonti

Jessica’s experience includes commercial disputes, toxic torts and releases, premises liability, construction disputes, environmental claims, and other complex matters. Clients frequently engage her in the immediate aftermath of a loss to lead investigations involving catastrophic injuries, fatalities, and significant property damage, often before litigation begins.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jessica managed a litigation docket of more than 350 cases and supervised a team of 14 attorneys representing Fortune 500 companies. In that role, she defended matters involving tort, premises, trucking, food, and employment liability.

Earlier in her career, Jessica developed a broad litigation practice handling toxic torts, title fraud, insurance coverage and defense, contractual disputes, premises liability, and admiralty and maritime transportation and cargo matters. She also led numerous onboard investigations of maritime casualties involving vessels in the Gulf of Mexico.

Before attending law school, Jessica managed environmental claims and litigation for a Fortune 100 insurance company, providing valuable insight into the intersection of litigation, claims management, and insurance.

Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughter and volunteering with multiple nonprofit organizations.
