Jessica A. Schulberg

Jessica Adeline Schulberg is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, white collar defense, government investigations, and technology-related disputes. Before joining the firm, she served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Southern District of California (2021–2025) and as an Active-Duty Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force (2017–2021). She has completed eight federal trials and handled hundreds of matters involving fraud, digital forensics, cyber issues, and complex investigative work.

Jessica brings significant experience leading high‑profile financial crimes investigations, including California unemployment fraud and transnational money laundering conspiracies. Her military background adds further depth in cybersecurity, digital forensic analysis, and advising on sensitive operational matters. Jessica also draws on her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law and her work with an AmLaw 200 tax practice to support matters involving criminal tax issues and related regulatory exposure.
