Jessica Petrovski is an experienced employment law attorney who represents employers in administrative agency proceedings and in state and federal litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, breach of contract, enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, as well as a broad range of other commercial disputes. In addition to her litigation practice, she advises clients on day-to-day workplace and compliance matters, including state and federal wage and hour requirements, employment policies and handbooks, reasonable accommodations, equal employment obligations, and internal investigations. She provides practical, strategic guidance designed to mitigate risk while supporting effective and compliant workplace operations.
