Jessica Lewis focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense matters. She has nearly 10 years of experience representing clients in Kentucky and Tennessee, with work that includes dispositive motion practice, mediations, depositions, case strategy, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.

Earlier in her career, Jessica served as an Assistant County Attorney in Perry and Leslie Counties and as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Perry County. In those roles, she gained significant courtroom experience handling criminal prosecutions, motion practice, jury trials, and misdemeanor and felony matters.

Jessica has managed early case assessments, coordinated factual investigations, prepared witnesses, and drafted briefing related to removal, transfer, dispositive motions, and discovery disputes. Her courtroom experience includes depositions, trials, motions in limine, and other pretrial motion practice. She has also played a significant role in settlement negotiations, mediation strategies, and drafting settlement agreements. She has experience in several different areas of law from both sides, and provides a broad perspective in representing clients and advancing their objectives.
