Jian “Philip” Jiao focuses his practice on commercial litigation, transportation and logistics, retail and hospitality liability, and cross-border matters involving Asia-Pacific clients. He represents companies in a wide range of disputes, including contract, personal injury, and business tort claims, from pre-suit investigation through trial and resolution.

Philip has significant experience serving as national counsel for large retail and transportation clients by managing litigation portfolios across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on cost-effective outcomes for the clients.

With a background in international supply chain operations, Philip also counsels Asia-Pacific manufacturers and distributors navigating U.S. litigation and regulatory issues by bridging the legal and business gaps.
