Jigar Desai is a Commercial Litigation Associate based in the Walnut Creek office. Jigar has experience handling complex litigation cases. Jigar handles cases from inception to trial, providing his clients zealous advocacy throughout the process.

Prior to GRSM, Jigar was an Associate for a large insurance defense firm, where he represented many notable clients in high exposure cases. Jigar is known for provided client’s clear and effective case strategy.

Jigar graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2021 as a member of the Dean’s list, additionally earning a certificate in High Tech Law with a Corporate Specialization with honors. During law school, Jigar was a member of the Santa Clara Law Review as a Notes Editor.
