Jilliann L. Tate (née Sexton) focuses her practice on healthcare, correctional healthcare, and professional liability defense matters.

Jilliann has extensive experience in civil defense litigation and has represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as before administrative licensing boards. She is a skilled negotiator and prides herself on strong client management and communication.

A dedicated advocate for mental health, Jilliann especially enjoys representing licensed mental health providers and frequently delivers presentations on mental health and wellness in the workplace, with a particular focus on obtaining and maintaining mental wellness in the legal profession.
