She began her legal career as a licensed attorney in her home country of Colombia, prior to emigrating to the U.S. and obtaining a license to practice law in New York. Her qualifications reflect her commitment to the law and her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes across different jurisdictions.

Angelica’s experience includes litigation support in civil and commercial matters in Colombia, as well as employment and labor litigation and sophisticated trust and estate planning in the U.S. She previously provided legal support to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) New York-based systemic lead enforcement and legal teams in large-scale class actions related to ADA, discrimination, and workplace civil rights violations.

Following her tenure with the EEOC, she joined the trusts & estates department at a Connecticut-based law firm, representing high-net-worth clients seeking advice on estate planning, asset protection, and tax benefits. She demonstrates remarkable adaptability across various areas of law, having developed a strong foundation in both litigation and transactional practices.

She is known for her strong analytical skills, adaptability in learning new legal practices, and commitment to delivering practical, efficient legal solutions.
