- Obtained dismissal of claims against insurance agency as legally incognizable (2024);
- Obtained dismissal of UIM claim based on suit limitation clause (2023);
- Secured declaratory judgment for CGL insurer based on employer’s liability exclusion (2023);
- Defeated bad faith claim in disability insurance case through successful choice-of-law motion (2022);
- Won summary judgment for commercial property on bad faith claim (2022); and
- Successfully dismissed insurance agency based on statute of limitations (2022, 2023).
