John has significant experience in handling an extensive variety of third-party liability coverage matters at the primary and excess levels, including CGL, PL, LPL, EPL, D&O (private and public), E&O, cyber, environmental, warehouse, commercial auto, personal auto, homeowners, and umbrella. He has also handled many first-party coverage matters, including property, fidelity, commercial crime, UM/UIM, life, and disability. Over the years, John has represented insurers in coverage disputes in most states.
As a civil defense attorney in the earlier stages of his career, John built exceptional litigation and trial skills. That background, combined with his coverage expertise, created a uniquely beneficial foundation for the insurance agency defense part of his current practice.
