John Taylor’s practice areas include commercial litigation, including breach of contract, premises liability, and personal injury; and employment law. He has assisted with cases in federal and state courts and works with clients to provide outcomes consistent with client’s desired strategies and goals, whether this is through litigation or through early resolution.

John has represented clients in various stages of litigation including defending prelitigation demands, mediation, charges with state anti-discrimination agencies, and litigation.

Before his legal career, John graduated from the University of Kansas with a major in Chemical Engineering with an Environmental emphasis. He has worked as a construction materials tester and an environmental engineer. As an environmental engineer for Textron Aviation, John oversaw the compliance for three different manufacturing sites, including renewing NPDES and POTW permits, overseeing heavy metal water treatment facilities, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal laws.
