  • Defended a chicken supplier in a nationwide antitrust litigation involving a multitude of direct-action plaintiffs alleging U.S. chicken suppliers conspired to rig bids, restrict supply and fix pricing.
  • Defended a data provider in the consumer-packaged goods data industry in an antitrust litigation pending in the District of Colorado.
  • Defended chicken supplier in nationwide antitrust class action lawsuit alleging U.S. chicken suppliers conspired to restrict supply and fix pricing. In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation, 1:16-cv-8637, N.D.Ill.
  • Represented the plaintiff in multiple contractual disputes. Prevailed on summary judgment and obtained a significant damages award that included attorney’s fees. Entegee, Inc. v. Metters Industries, Inc.,17-cv-0499 E.D.Va.
  • Represented the plaintiff in a trade secret misappropriation case against a former employee. Obtained a permanent injunction against the defendant and a significant damages award. Lincoln IP, Inc. v. Thomas Chiang, Circuit Court of Alexandria.
  • Defended large telecom company in patent infringement lawsuit involving claims directed to 9-1-1 call routing on a voice-over-internet-protocol platform and obtained a jury verdict of invalidity and non-infringement. Cassidian v. microData GIS, et al., 2:2012-cv-162, W.D.Tx.
  • Defended large telecom company in patent infringement lawsuit involving claims directed to commercial and 9-1-1 location-based services technology. TracBeam, L.L.C. v. T-Mobile US, Inc., 6:14-cv-678 E.D.Tx.
  • Defended pharmaceutical company in 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission involving claims directed to a chemical composition for snake bite antivenom – the investigation settled favorably on the eve of trial. In re Certain Antivenom Compositions and Products Containing the Same, 337-TA-903.
