Joshua Fuller focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining GRSM, Joshua served as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. Karen R. Duncan in the Third Judicial District of Minnesota.

Joshua received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota. While in law school, Joshua served in various organizations, including serving as the student representative of the UMN and Co-Chair of the Public Relations and Community Outreach Committees to the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association. Additionally, Joshua served on the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology as a staffer and Managing Editor. Joshua was also active in mentoring students through the UMN Latinx Law Student Association and the LLM Admissions program. During his 2L summer, Joshua worked as a law clerk for the Office of Cannabis Management, where he drafted regulations regarding cannabis retail and delivery. He also served as a judicial extern in Federal Bankruptcy Court, District of Minnesota. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, where he was a member of The Concordia Choir for two years.

Outside of the office, Joshua is a passionate soccer fan. He can be found consistently at the Wonderwall at Allianz field cheering on MNUFC, or on the pitch captaining his team, the Barceloons.
