Josh D. Bradus is Senior Counsel in the Southern California offices of GRSM. Mr. Bradus is a lifelong Californian. Growing up in Northern California, he received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis. Josh became a Southern California transplant when he attended the University of San Diego School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Intellectual Property.

Josh began his practice working for a consumer protection firm and went on to join an international civil litigation defense firm where his practice areas included construction defect; breach of contract; premises liability; personal injury; and wrongful death. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from point of initiation, the discovery process, and motion practice.

Josh has a history of successful defense and advocacy on behalf of his clients. He prides himself on litigating pragmatically while maintaining an in-depth understanding of each client’s case in the interest of reaching the most favorable result possible. Josh joined the esteemed commercial litigation practice group of GRSM to continue providing the highest quality of legal representation for his clients.
