Joshua DW Wright’s practice focuses on business transactions, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and other business advisory services for large and small businesses. He has a wide range of experience in civil litigation, having handled high stakes cases at the state, federal, and appellate level of various jurisdictions. In addition, Joshua regularly handles copyright and trademark infringement actions, corporate transactions, and commercial disputes. Clients count on his strong corporate experience and valuable understanding of our client’s business goals to help ensure the strongest litigation and regulatory outcomes for all interested parties. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Joshua was an Associate attorney in Nashville, Tennessee where his practice focused on providing a range of general counsel services for business clients as well as commercial litigation. During his time in New York following law school, he was an Associate in a Manhattan office practicing complex tort & casualty, commercial, and insurance coverage litigation. While in law school, Joshua his passion for business advisory, intellectual property, and business litigation during his corporate intern/externships with Jaguar-Land Rover North America and Frontdoor, Inc. He has also gained experience in regulatory compliance as a legal intern for the Federal Communications Commission’s Policy & Licensing Division of their Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau out of Washington, D.C assisting with federal business compliance, and regulation promulgation.

While in law school, Joshua served on the executive board for the Corporate and Commercial Law Society and as the Vice President for the Christian Law Students Association. Prior to law school, he worked on an environmental conservation commission board handling issues implicating environmental, zoning, invasive species, and land-use law.
