Jacob Popp’s practice focuses on the areas of healthcare, medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, commercial and business litigation, premises liability, construction defect, employment litigation, and professional malpractice defense. He has experience in defending a wide range of medical malpractice litigation, representing hospital systems, physicians, and staff.
- Represents all types of healthcare systems, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long-term care facilities, hospitals, licensed and trained healthcare professionals, physicians, dentists, and nurses in both state court and federal court, including the Oklahoma Board of Medical Examiners.
