June E. Gilson is Senior Counsel in the Insurance practice group of GRSM. She has practiced in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and in various jurisdictions nationwide.

June brings a highly diverse litigation background to GRSM, with practice area expertise handling complex environmental, toxic tort, professional liability, E&O, construction defect and jewelers block coverage, insurance defense, bad faith and commercial litigation matters. Before joining GRSM, she worked as in house counsel for an insurance group to provide advice and innovative solutions and strategy to resolve coverage and bad faith matters.

June also has significant major law firm experience representing insurance company clients reach favorable resolutions of high exposure complex claims in first party property, commercial general liability, auto and professional liability, environmental, insurance defense and bad faith areas of the law. She also served as national coordinating counsel for an insurance company providing recommendations as to strategy and claim resolution for bad faith claims.

Obtained summary judgment in the U.S.D.C for the Eastern District of Virginia in favor of an insurance company finding no coverage pursuant to a professional services exclusion under a general liability policy
Summary judgment in favor of insurance company affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit that there was no coverage for its insured for metallurgical services under a professional liability policy
