Justine Caedo assists clients with complex commercial disputes, bringing strong legal research and writing skills and a practical understanding of business considerations to her work. Her background spans judicial, in-house, and academic settings, giving her a broad perspective on the legal and practical issues businesses face.

Justine’s experience includes working on contracts and regulatory matters for public and private organizations and serving as a judicial extern for the California Court of Appeal. Earlier in her career, she worked as an accounting specialist and business analyst for a private family office, where she learned the importance of trust, discretion, and understanding a client’s priorities.

Justine served as an editor of the UC Law Journal and a research assistant with the AI Law & Innovation Center. She also coordinated the Legal Advice and Referrals Clinic and was recognized with an Outstanding Pro Bono distinction for her service to clients. Justine’s academic and clinical experiences reflect her commitment to thoughtful legal analysis, service, and continued learning.
