Kelly Chan is a litigator, dedicated to advising and representing corporate and public entity clients across a broad spectrum of defense litigation matters. She meticulously handles all phases of pre-trial litigation, including case management, written discovery, depositions, motion arguments, and trial preparation.

- Obtained dismissal to co-defendant’s cause of action for express indemnification clause in a cross-complaint for an ambiguously drafted indemnification clause and facilitated insurer client to rightfully deny the tender of defense from co-defendant.
