Kacey M. Martin

Associate

Kacey Martin began her legal career in 2015 in New York City where she worked for a securities and investment fraud law firm. Kacey soon learned her future was in the courtroom and began to expand her experience to the area of civil litigation.

Over the last nine years, Kacey has worked for several litigation firms representing both plaintiffs and defendants on complex issues such as medical malpractice, product liability, labor law, construction defects, professional liability, catastrophic injury, and premises liability.

Kacey has had the opportunity to second chair a number of trials and her time representing both parties has given her a unique edge and perspective on the litigation process. While in law school, Kacey actively participated in her school’s trial team where she won several championships, including the 2013 ABA National Arbitration Competition in Chicago, Illinois.
