Kaitlin Maller focuses her practice on general liability and commercial litigation matters. She has experience handling claims involving premises liability and other civil disputes, with a focus on case evaluation, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and developing efficient strategies for resolution. Kaitlin works closely with clients to assess litigation risks, navigate complex legal issues, and pursue practical and effective outcomes.

Earlier in her career, Kaitlin handled criminal matters in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where she gained valuable courtroom and trial experience. This background has strengthened her ability to analyze cases from the outset, develop persuasive arguments, and effectively advocate for her clients throughout litigation.
