Kyle Johnson has more than a decade of experience representing large corporations and individuals in a wide-ranging variety of claims including contentious probate and guardianship litigation, complex business and contract disputes, real estate and construction matters, and the defense of intentional torts such as fraud, defamation, and sexual assault.

Kyle’s overarching philosophy is that, while most attorneys know the law, the most successful attorneys know the facts better than anyone else in the courtroom. As a result, he prides himself on his preparation and attention to detail and is a staunch believer that a client-inclusive approach is the most successful strategy in any case.

Although he has successfully litigated high-stakes disputes from the first pleading through the final appeal, Kyle is keenly aware that each case is unique, and each client has different goals. Whether it be obtaining a jury verdict or a private and expedient settlement, Kyle is equipped to successfully resolve claims of any nature.

Kyle has been recognized for his practice in commercial litigation and construction law, more recently named among the “Ones to Watch” in commercial litigation by Best Lawyers in America®.
