Karen L. Nowicki focuses her practice on construction, commercial, and real estate litigation. Karen is a seasoned litigation attorney with broad experience representing clients through all phases of civil disputes, from early case assessment and strategic resolution through motion practice, mediation, and trial. She is known for her sound judgment, and practical, results-oriented approach to advancing client objectives.

Prior to joining GRSM, Karen worked at a small boutique law firm in Massachusetts, where she represented contractors in contract disputes in public and private construction projects. Karen began her legal career as a paralegal, developing a strong foundation in civil litigation. Her experience includes product and premises liability, motor vehicle tort, construction and contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, commercial evictions, and family law matters, including divorce and post-divorce proceedings.
