Kari L. Probst focuses her practice on defending companies, insurers, and public entities in complex liability matters, managing all stages of litigation from investigation through trial and resolution. She has decades of litigation experience, including injury, premises liability, insurance defense, subrogation, civil rights, and public entity representation.

Kari has routinely coordinated with employees, contractors, in-house and outside counsel, witnesses, medical providers, and experts. She has extensive experience handling mediations and courtroom proceedings and has second-chaired lengthy and complex civil trials.

Earlier in her career, she represented law enforcement and public entities in both state and federal civil rights matters, as well as professionals in construction, real estate, and discrimination cases.
