Karim S. Manji is a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses on general liability, commercial litigation, product liability, and transportation matters. With more than 15 years of civil litigation experience, he has successfully defended individuals, businesses, insurers, and transportation companies in high-exposure matters involving serious bodily injury, catastrophic loss, and complex liability disputes.

Karim represents clients throughout California in all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation and strategic risk assessment through trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and resolution. His practice encompasses a broad range of liability claims, including premises liability, product liability, trucking and transportation accidents, personal injury, and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining GRSM, Karim was a member of his firm’s On Call Trial Team, where he handled high-risk litigation and provided rapid response support in active matters. He also represented business owners, property owners, landlords, and management companies in both litigation and transactional matters, providing practical counsel designed to minimize risk and protect client interests.

Karim has extensive experience defending claims involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, radiculopathy, chronic pain conditions, permanent disability, and wrongful death allegations. In the transportation sector, he routinely handles claims involving passenger vehicles, commercial trucking operations, motor coaches, and other transportation-related losses, and is experienced in the unique regulatory and liability issues that arise in those cases.
