Karina Grobman defends employers in complex wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and FEHA employment matters. She guides businesses of all sizes through California’s unique employment laws. Karina is dedicated to understanding each client’s business objectives and tailoring her approach to achieve favorable outcomes.

Karina’s experience spans every stage of the employment dispute process, including pre-litigation, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, discovery management, and courtroom advocacy. Adept at facilitating early resolution, Karina defeated several motions brought in California state courts and federal courts.

Prior to joining GRSM, Karina worked as an associate attorney for a national law firm where she focused on employment law matters. During law school, Karina externed at NASA, where she researched topics regarding employment litigation disputes, space act agreements, and procurement contracts.

At Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, Karina served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal. In addition, Karina led and organized several events at the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law as a General Board Member.
