Kasey D. Hall assists employers with responding to administrative charges before federal and state agencies and with defending employment-related claims in state and federal courts. His experience includes matters involving discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, leave management, wage and hour compliance, and wrongful termination claims, as well as workplace investigation and day-to-day counseling.

Kasey also has experience in employment based immigration law, including matters involving nonimmigrant visas, Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification, permanent resident process, and immigration compliance. Prior to law school, he worked as an educator with the Houston Independent School District, an experience that provides him with a unique understanding of workplace dynamics, personnel management, and the operational challenges faced by employers.
