Katelynn Duane Armijo is a commercial litigator who represents businesses in complex, high‑conflict disputes across Texas. Katelynn’s practice centers on complex commercial litigation, with experience handling matters involving energy, real property, and other sophisticated business disputes.

Before joining GRSM, Katelynn practiced as a trial attorney at a boutique oil and gas practice in Texas, where she represented energy companies in a broad variety of disputes, from royalty payment issues to downhole drilling failures. She has litigated cases from inception through trial, regularly handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and other critical phases of litigation.

Katelynn began her legal career practicing family law, an experience that shaped her client‑focused approach to litigation and reinforced the importance of clear communication, strategic counseling, and efficient case management. She brings that perspective to her commercial practice, recognizing that even the most complex business disputes require careful client engagement and thoughtful use of time and resources. Katelynn is committed to advancing her clients’ strategic and business goals through pragmatic, results‑driven advocacy.
