Katherine A. Cunliffe

Prior to joining GRSM, Katherine was a judicial intern for Judge Kandace C. Gerdes at the Denver District Court. There, she gained exposure to a wide range of civil litigation cases. Katherine also interned for a Plaintiff’s employment firm, through which she developed a balanced perspective to employment disputes.

At law school, Katherine excelled in her employment and labor law classes, receiving the John Phillip Linn Labor Award for the highest grade in Labor Law and for making a substantial contribution to employment and labor law. Katherine also worked at the University of Denver Civil Litigation Clinic, where she successfully litigated a permanent protection order case and settled numerous domestic and employment disputes.
