Katherine D. Strathman is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Her practice mostly focuses on employment litigation, where she represents employers in disputes or claims involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination, including claims filed under Title VII, TCHRA, ADA, and the FLSA. She also has experience in assisting clients with commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining GRSM, she gained hands-on litigation experience, assisting with various stages of cases, including discovery, motion practice, and settlement.
