Kate Russell is an Associate in the GRSM Dallas office and member of the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort practice group.

Kate’s focuses include defending corporations in a variety of product liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation matters involving exposure to asbestos, talcum powder, and various chemicals. She is involved in all phases of litigation including discovery, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
