Katie S. Wayne is an Associate in the Charleston and Omaha offices of GRSM. She is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Katie was the career clerk for the Honorable Francie C. Riedmann on the Nebraska Court of Appeals for 10 years. There she drafted appellate opinions addressing criminal, civil, juvenile, and workers’ compensation law issues. Prior to that, she clerked for two years for the district court judges in the Fourth Judicial District Court of Nebraska, drafting trial court orders on various criminal and civil law issues.
