Kathleen Cuschieri is an Associate in the San Diego office of GRSM. She represents clients in environmental and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen cultivated a career in environmental consulting, with a focus on land use and environmental compliance. Her interdisciplinary education and work experience provide her with a strong scientific foundation to address the complex environmental components of her legal practice.
- Deposed plaintiffs and fact-witnesses. Led the cross-examination of depositions, including several that were Plaintiffs’ depositions.
- Written, argued, and won a motion for summary adjudication.
- Drafted a motion for summary judgment that resulted in a complete dismissal for our client.
- Lead discussions with expert witness using science background to develop effective defense strategies.
