Kelley L. Roach focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing clients in investigations, pre-litigation, and litigation involving a wide range of commercial disputes. Her experience includes matters arising under both state and federal law, with work spanning contract, negligence, fraud, and insurance disputes.

Kelley also represents clients in trucking accident matters and commercial eviction proceedings. Her trial experience includes both bench and jury trials, as well as post-trial work, including appeals before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Earlier in her career, Kelley practiced complex commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
