During law school, Kemal developed a strong commitment to public service and legal advocacy, working with legal clinics, the Federal Court Pro Se Assistance Program, and the District Attorney’s Office. These experiences sharpened his litigation skills and reinforced his dedication to ensuring access to justice for underserved communities.
Following his admission to practice, Kemal built a comprehensive practice encompassing consumer debt defense, residential mortgage foreclosure matters, and estate planning. He subsequently transitioned to civil litigation, where he spent nearly seven years representing plaintiffs and successfully negotiating and resolving millions of dollars in tort liability claims and personal injury lawsuits. His practice evolved into a focus on complex insurance defense, where he combines rigorous legal analysis with strategic advocacy to secure favorable resolutions for his clients.

Outside of his practice, Kemal is a longtime Buffalo Bills season ticket holder and an avid boater.
