Allen Kim represents corporations in complex toxic tort litigation involving alleged exposures to asbestos and cosmetic talcum powder, as well as general liability and premises liability matters. His practice spans all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing written discovery, supporting trial preparation, and attending trials.

Prior to joining the firm, Allen served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Torts Division of the New York City Law Department. In that role, he represented the City of New York and its agencies in civil litigation from inception through resolution. His responsibilities included drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting depositions, and second-chairing trials.
