Kevin Piercy represents businesses, most predominantly in the agricultural industries throughout Central California, in labor and employment matters, including workplace safety and health (OSHA) matters, class actions, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination, and conducts workplace investigations. Kevin is experienced in representing employers in OSHA matters and is routinely called upon to assist businesses with workplace crises.
