Kevin D. Huber’s practice primarily involves insurance litigation, with a focus on extra-contractual litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and general liability matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Kevin was a defense attorney at a Pittsburgh-based law firm, also practicing in areas of extra-contractual and general insurance litigation and personal injury litigation. He previously served as a law clerk at the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County, Pennsylvania.

  • Obtained a defense verdict in a bench trial in Crawford County, Pennsylvania on the issues of insurance coverage and permissive use of an automobile.
  • Successfully obtained summary judgment and successfully defended a subsequent Third Circuit appeal in a case involving extracontractual insurance claims.
  • Drafted an Appellate Brief, presented oral argument, and successfully obtained a favorable affirmance from the Superior Court in a case involving Pennsylvania law on premises liability.
