Kevin Heitz focuses his practice on construction litigation, commercial injury claims, and personal injury litigation. He represents insurance companies, national developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in residential and commercial construction disputes and other complex civil matters.

Kevin has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and mediation. His work involves analyzing contracts and insurance endorsements in connection with coverage determinations and advising clients on litigation strategy in high-exposure matters. Kevin also conducts extensive investigative discovery with expert witnesses and consultants and has drafted settlement agreements and motions, including motions for summary judgment and adjudication.
