Kevin Lizon is an Associate in the Hartford office and is a member of the Business Transactions, Advertising & E-Commerce, and Cyber, Privacy and Data Security practice groups.

Kevin delivers strategic counsel to clients navigating the intricate landscape of privacy and data protection regulations. He advises on the patchwork of comprehensive U.S. privacy laws as well as compliance with GDPR in the EU, helping clients to meet their obligations in an ever-evolving regulatory environment. Kevin also tailors contracts to address data usage and data privacy concerns and guides clients through emerging technology risks, including issues related to pixel tracking and website cookie compliance.

Kevin joined GRSM as a Law Clerk in 2022. During law school, Kevin spent his 1L summer as the Richard W. Davies Scholar and Intern at Hubbell, Inc. and as a 2L completed an externship at The Hartford working in the Small Commercial and Personal Lines Regulatory Group. Prior to law school, Kevin worked as a Systems Analyst at Aetna and Travelers where he collaborated with actuaries and programmers to improve internal software applications.

Kevin’s unique blend of technical expertise allows him to navigate and advise on complex issues at the intersection of law, technology, and data privacy.
