Kevin R. Allen

Kevin specializes in litigating complex multi-plaintiff and class action wage and hour cases in state and federal court. He also handles litigation involving claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has broad industry experience which includes retail, transportation, security guards, restaurant, hospitality, banking, and recruiting.

Prior to joining GRSM, Kevin worked as a plaintiff’s attorney for nineteen years and ran his own firm for over a decade, during which he litigated cases that resolved for seven and eight figure settlements on behalf of his clients. Kevin has also trained as a mediator. His experience as a prior plaintiff’s attorney and mediator gives him a unique perspective which benefits his defense clients at GRSM.
