Kevin W. Connolly

Kevin has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil actions in federal and state courts (Connecticut & New York) from case inception through trial.  Areas of practice include general liability (dram shop, negligent security, and defamation claims), NYS labor law liability, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and motor vehicle liability. 

Kevin has represented international corporations, domestic companies, municipalities, school districts and individuals in all aspects of defense litigation.   Kevin has been successful in defending cases at every level of Connecticut and New York courts, as well as the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
