Killian J. Commers is an Associate in the Minneapolis office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Insurance practice groups. Killian possesses extensive experience in managing all facets of business litigation and contractual disputes, including dispositive motion practice, pleadings, trial preparations, alternative dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations. He has also handled appeals in both state and federal courts.

Killian’s practice extends to representing companies throughout Minnesota and nationwide. He collaborates directly with clients to develop innovative solutions and defenses tailored to each case.

During law school, Killian was a finalist in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and was recognized with the Franz C. Eschweller Award for best legal brief. Outside of his legal career, Killian is an avid golfer and downhill skier.
